TRAINING, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

We invest in acquiring and managing capabilities by placing a significant focus on employees’ personal development through multiple in-house & external training sessions for our teams. We have also successfully affiliated with LUMS for a Management Development Program for our people managers to equip them with leadership capabilities.
We constantly develop T&D modules to facilitate and further develop the skills of our field sales staff, workers and labour staff operating in the manufacturing units. Our Annual Management Trainee Program welcomes students from business and fashion schools. We have designed the program so that our trainees receive unparalleled formal training through functional domain rotations and equip them with business knowledge to help contribute to their best potential despite hailing from different backgrounds. To ensure productivity and motivated employees, we have taken multiple initiatives to enhance culture, employee engagement activities, and celebrate national & international events.
