We constantly develop T&D modules to facilitate and further develop the skills of our field sales staff, workers and labour staff operating in the manufacturing units. Our Annual Management Trainee Program welcomes students from business and fashion schools. We have designed the program so that our trainees receive unparalleled formal training through functional domain rotations and equip them with business knowledge to help contribute to their best potential despite hailing from different backgrounds.
